At Arvalenti, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, our customer support team is here to help make it right.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
We accept returns of new and slightly used products, provided the item is returned in reasonable condition.
Products must be returned with any applicable accessories, parts, and original packaging when reasonably possible.

How to Request a Return

1. Reach Out First

If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos and a brief description of the issue to help us process your request.

2. Wait for Instructions

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not ship anything back until you receive return approval and instructions from Arvalenti.

3. Return the Item

Once approved, you may ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.

4. Return Method

Depending on the circumstances, returns may be completed by mail or through an applicable drop-off or return location.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, we will inspect it within approximately 72 hours.

After the inspection is completed, your refund will generally be processed within 7 business days.

Where applicable, eligible refunds will include the original shipping and handling fees.

Arvalenti does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@arvalenti.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

For eligible cases, you may not need to return the item. At Arvalenti’s discretion, we may send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and the circumstances.
