The Cub Cadet Ultima ZTX6 60 sits at the top of Cub Cadet’s residential zero-turn line. It’s built for homeowners with large properties who want commercial-grade toughness, a fast, clean cut and a comfortable ride. It pairs a Kawasaki V-twin engine with a wide 60-inch fabricated deck to mow large lawns quickly and leave an even, professional-looking finish.

Kawasaki power

The Kawasaki FX Series 852cc V-twin engine delivers 25.5 HP and has a fully pressurized lubrication system for long engine life. It starts with an electric key start. The Hydro-Gear ZT-3400 transmissions provide smooth, responsive control, with forward speeds up to 9 mph and reverse up to 3.5 mph. The 5.5-gallon fuel tank keeps you mowing longer between refills.

AeroForce™ Max fabricated deck

The 60-inch AeroForce Max deck is fabricated from 10-gauge steel with 2-gauge reinforcement, which makes it much stronger than a stamped deck. Its airflow design lifts grass for a precise cut with fine clippings and very few clumps or missed strips. Cutting height adjusts from 1 to 4.75 inches. The deck discharges from the side, and accepts an optional mulch kit or a bagger: its top discharge sends clippings through a large 9-inch boot into the bags.

Built to last

The heavy-duty 1.5 x 3-inch tubular steel frame gives the mower strength and rigidity, while leaving easy access for routine maintenance. Cub Cadet backs the frame and the fabricated deck shell with a limited lifetime warranty.
