The Backyard Discovery Kingsport 20′ x 20′ Cedar Wood Carport is a heavy-duty outdoor shelter designed to protect vehicles, outdoor equipment, and create versatile covered spaces for work or entertainment. Built with a durable steel roof and cedar wood frame, this carport is engineered to handle extreme weather conditions while providing long-lasting structural integrity. The 29-gauge steel roof is corrosion-resistant and features a gentle 3-degree slope to prevent water buildup, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Reinforced with powder-coated steel brackets and supported by nine 6-inch by 6-inch cedar posts, the carport delivers exceptional stability and resistance to decay, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use.

This carport is tested and proven to withstand significant weather challenges, including snow loads of up to 20,850 pounds and wind speeds reaching 100 mph when properly anchored. The design ensures protection for vehicles like cars, trucks, ATVs, and boats, while also serving as a shaded workspace or outdoor entertainment area. The pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained cedar components simplify assembly, and the included BILT® app provides step-by-step guidance for a hassle-free setup. The light brown cedar stain complements the black steel roof, giving the structure a clean, modern look that blends with various outdoor settings.

For added convenience, the Kingsport Carport includes a built-in PowerPort™ featuring three electrical outlets and three USB ports, allowing you to charge devices, power tools, or other equipment directly from the structure. This feature enhances usability for workspaces, outdoor projects, or entertaining guests. With a footprint of 20′ 1.5″ by 20′, the carport stands 8′ 4.5″ tall and weighs approximately 1,686.54 pounds, ensuring it remains grounded and secure. Covered by a 5-year limited warranty, this carport combines strength, weather resistance, and practicality, making it a reliable choice for protecting your belongings and expanding your outdoor living space.
