Overview

The Suncast Modernist 7×7 combines a clean, contemporary look with practical storage. Its slanted pent roof and transom windows give it a modern style that suits today’s homes and yards. With 317 cubic feet of space, it holds mowers, bikes, garden tools and outdoor gear while taking up only about 7 x 7 feet of your yard.

Strong, weather-ready construction

The walls are metal-reinforced, multi-wall resin panels, supported by a steel skeleton frame for extra strength and stability. The resin resists water, UV rays and cold weather, so the shed won’t rot, rust or need painting. The roof can carry a snow load of up to 40 pounds per square foot.

Heavy-duty floor included

The reinforced resin floor comes with the shed and is built for heavy loads, including riding mowers and lawn tractors. Place the shed on a flat, level foundation; the 10-year warranty requires one.

Light, air and security

• Natural light: four large transom windows light the interior during the day without electricity.
• Airflow: functional vents keep air moving, reducing humidity and heat buildup inside.
• Easy access: double doors open to a 60 in. W x 72 in. H doorway, making it easy to move equipment in and out.
• Security: the doors can be padlocked (padlock not included).

Easy to own

The shed assembles with minimal tools, and the resin cleans easily with a hose. It’s made in the USA and backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
